'Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry' a wholesome meal that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. Find the recipe below: - Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive
oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet
over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and ginger. Pour over the shrimp and vegetables.
