'Zesty Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta'—a wholesome meal that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. Find the recipe below: Zesty Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Pasta Ingredients: - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions: - Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Toss cooked pasta with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot,
