Apple picking, food festivities, and getting ready for the holidays! Hello [Foodies], It’s officially fall in New York, and I hope you’re enjoying the few sunny days we are having before the cool weather kicks
in with, festive flavors, and all the fall activities the season has to offer! 🍎 It’s the season for apple picking! Apple picking is one of my favorite fall activities and a great way to spend a weekend with the family. Choose your favorites and take them home to make fresh apple pie, homemade applesauce, or a simple apple galette! If
you’re looking for a place to go apple picking near NYC, here are a few top picks: Apple Dave’s Orchard in Warwick, New York: Take a stroll through the walking trail
and enjoy a New York beer or the orchard’s signature hard cider in the orchard’s distillery. Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard in North Salem, New York: Alongside the apple picking, you can enjoy pony rides, a pumpkin patch, face painting, bouncy houses, and other carnival activities for the whole family. Alstede Farms in Chester, New
York: Full of fun fall activities, Alstede Farms offers apple picking, hayrides, corn mazes, pony rides, and farm animals to feed.
